Rules and Regulations for inmates
  • 1. Diagnosis and Treatment t Facilities available for Drug addicts.
  • 2. Minimum 90 days stay is compulsory for addicts, and in need case, It will extended.
  • 3. Addicts are not allowed to go outside the premises during the stay however, cases need to be considered by the discussion of the center administration.
  • 4. Addict can meet his family only after 45 days stay in the presence of the center manager, which is compulsory.
  • 5. Addicts are bound to obey the rules and regulations; otherwise, strict disciplinary action can be initiated.
  • 6. You have to deposit three months fee in full while admission, and in case of discharge, three month, the payment is not to be refunded.
  • 7. Any additional expenses, Medicine and treatment and any disciplinary payment incurred For the addict shall be paid by the family of an addict.
  • 8. In case of withdrawal from the center between the treatment period fee will not be refunded.
  • 9. Mobile phones are not allowed in the center premises for the inmates.
  • 10. ln case of death, proper medical reports are to be provided to the family duty signed by authorized doctors, and no action is to be taken against center staff and administration.
  • 11. At the time of admission addict's body is to be fully checked for any cut marks, chronic disease or any type of disease or problems.
  • 12. . That any cause of death of an admitted person or any cause of unnatural death in the Premises of the institution will not be liable / responsible for the same by the institution.
  • 13. That before entering In to the institution, any cause of injury in future found in the institution will not be liable for the same.
